Most cardiac arrests happen at home (American Heart Association). Not the gym, not the office — the hallway, the bathroom, the bedroom. Which means the five minutes we've been talking about all week are, statistically, going to happen at your address, to someone whose name you know.

And there's no team coming through the door in minute one. It's whoever else is awake.

Heartsaver CPR AED — $75. For adults with zero medical background. CPR for adults, children, and infants, choking, and how to use an AED — hands-on, on a manikin, until it's yours.
Add First Aid — $85. Bleeding, burns, allergic reactions, injuries.
Heartsaver K-12 — $55. For the school setting, students and campus staff.

BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers — $65. High-quality compressions, ventilations, AED and bag-mask use, and team dynamics — the version of the skill built for people who'll do it with colleagues, not alone.

We're an AHA approved testing site, so the card you leave with is the one your employer and your program are looking for. Classes are on demand — Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, with after-hours available for groups — meaning we can work around a shift instead of against it.

Groups greater than 5 get a discount. If half your unit expires this fall, bring them together and knock it out in one session. 📅
