Today we had the opportunity to come together for a leadership training with Wellcare, and it was a great reminder of what real growth looks like.

As leaders, we should never be afraid of the people under us growing, learning more, becoming stronger, or even becoming leaders themselves. Their growth doesn’t take away from ours—it’s evidence of it.

When you’re secure in what you’ve built, you don’t hold people back. You share what you know. You open doors. You give them opportunities. You encourage them to step up, use their voice, build their own teams, and become better than they were yesterday.

I don’t want people under me who stay under me forever. I want to see leaders developing leaders, who develop more leaders. That’s how you build something bigger than yourself. That’s how you build a legacy.

We’re incredibly grateful to The Brokerage Inc. for welcoming us and our Agency Partners into their home office. It was a great opportunity to spend time with each department, learn how they support agencies like ours, work through questions, and strengthen our partnership.

We met with a new Partner NCD and we’re excited to start working with them soon.

Today, our partners came together to learn more about WellMed, who they are, how they care for their patients, and how they work alongside insurance agents to create a better healthcare experience.

We also discussed upcoming changes, future opportunities, and, God willing, potential collaborations that will continue to strengthen the support we provide to our communities.
