At GNG, coaching is about more than teaching a sport. It’s about developing the complete athlete — physically, mentally, and as a teammate.

Our coaching staff genuinely cares about building this program, improving every athlete who walks through our doors, and creating an environment where players can grow.

We identify weaknesses and create a plan to improve them. We recognize strengths and teach athletes how to use them with confidence. We challenge our athletes to lead, communicate, compete, embrace adversity, and become comfortable being uncomfortable.

And while we want our athletes to become better volleyball and basketball players, our purpose goes beyond the court. We want to instill discipline, confidence, accountability, leadership, resilience, teamwork, and a strong work ethic — skills they can carry with them long after their playing days are over.

Above everything else, we teach them that TEAM COMES FIRST.
