⭐ What a week at Countryside Senior Living! ⭐

National Assisted Living Week gave us plenty of reasons to get out, have fun, laugh together, and celebrate the wonderful community we have here at Countryside!

Our residents enjoyed lunch outings to Culver’s, Ruby Tuesday, and Bradley’s, along with a week packed full of activities. We tested our sweet tooth with Guess the Candies, put our knowledge to the test with Jeopardy, traveled back in time with The Price Is Right: Then & Now, and wrapped up the week by trying our luck at Casino Royale! 🎰🎲🃏

It was a BUSY week—and we wouldn’t have had it any other way!

A big thank you to our residents for jumping in and making every activity more fun, and to our staff and volunteers who helped make this special week possible. 💛

We had a wonderful time celebrating Corky and making her birthday extra special! Her family treated everyone to a delicious dessert spread of angel food cake topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream, with a scoop of ice cream on the side. 🍓🍦

We hope your special day was as wonderful as you are! 🥳

🍂 It might still feel like summer outside, but inside Countryside Senior Living, we’re ready for fall!

Our residents spent the afternoon making beautiful fall wreaths, complete with plenty of autumn colors and their own creative touches. 🍁🌻

This month, residents can look forward to:
- Fall Wreaths and Scarecrow Can crafts
- Making tasty Caramel Apple Bites
- Celebrating Labor Day
- Kicking off National Assisted Living Week with a Grandparents Day Ice Cream Social
- Plus games, outings, music, and plenty more!

National Assisted Living Week will be packed with extra activities and special events, so keep an eye out for our separate NALW schedule coming soon!

And, of course, our September Menus are included so you can see what’s cooking all month long. 🍽️

What a wonderful day at Countryside Senior Living! 💛

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful guests and residents who joined us for our Open House today! We had such a great time enjoying live music from the talented Mike Catalano, sharing lots of laughs, and enjoying a delicious cookout prepared by our amazing kitchen crew and their extra helpers. 🎶🍔

Our residents whipped up some delicious Peach Crisp Parfaits today! Layers of sweet peaches, crunchy goodness, and plenty of smiles made for one tasty afternoon. 😋

The best part of cooking activities? Getting to enjoy the finished product together! 💛
