📸 A LITTLE LOOK AT OUR WEEK.
No big announcement today.
Just a few snapshots of what our team has been working on lately. 🔨
Different projects.
Different stages.
Different communities.
And another week of making progress.
Have a great weekend from the Jensen Design Build team!

🔨 At first, you have to use a little imagination.
Then the walls go up.
The roof takes shape.
Windows go in.
And suddenly, the home you've been looking at on paper is standing right in front of you.
Progress can happen pretty quickly when you look back at where you started. ➡️🏡
🪟 IMAGINE THIS BEING YOUR VIEW EVERY MORNING.
One of the things that’s hard to appreciate on a floor plan is the view.
Where the morning light comes in. Where you’ll watch the seasons change. What you’ll see while standing at the kitchen sink or drinking your first cup of coffee.
Sometimes a window is more than just a window.
It frames a little piece of home. 🏡

🏗️ THE FIRST DIRT HAS BEEN TURNED!
What a great way to officially kick off the Parkston Apartments! 🎉
A big THANK YOU to Martin drywall, llc, Parkston Commercial Club, Rexwinkel Concrete, David Lambert, and everyone who came out yesterday to celebrate the groundbreaking, grab some lunch, and learn more about what’s coming to Parkston.
The groundbreaking may be over, but now the fun really begins. We’re excited to get construction underway and watch this project go from plans on paper to a brand-new place for people to call home. 🏡
We appreciate the warm welcome from the Parkston community and everyone who helped make the day a success!
Now… let’s get building! 🔨
And remember — Parkston Apartments are NOW PRE-LEASING! 🔑

🏡 THERE’S A POINT IN EVERY BUILD WHEN YOU CAN FINALLY SEE IT.
For weeks, you’ve been looking at plans, measurements, materials, and pieces of a project.
Then one day, you walk onto the jobsite and suddenly you can picture it.
You can see where the kitchen will be.
You can stand in the future living room.
You can look out the window that once only existed on a drawing.
It’s still a construction site—but it’s starting to feel like a home.
That stage never gets old. 🔨❤️

A HOME MAY HAVE ONE ADDRESS… BUT A LOT OF PEOPLE HELP GET IT THERE.
Designers. Project managers. Carpenters. Electricians. Plumbers. HVAC crews. Concrete crews. Suppliers. Painters. Installers—and plenty more.
Every project is the result of people doing their part and handing it off to the next person.
That’s something finished photos don’t always show.
Behind every Jensen project is a whole group of people who helped make it happen.
That’s the team behind the build.

🏡 THIS IS THE QUIET PART OF CONSTRUCTION.
No saws running.
No trucks coming and going.
No plans spread across the countertop.
No crews walking through the door.
Just a finished home waiting for everyday life to begin.
After months of decisions, conversations, construction, and hundreds of moving pieces, there’s something pretty special about seeing everything finally become still.
Because the end of construction isn’t really the end.
It’s the beginning of home. ❤️
