Parents Initiative
We exist to create awareness in parents that will encourage them to take the initiative in becoming and being the parents they are called to be.

What’s one lesson you hope your kids carry with them for the rest of their lives? ❤️
Some of the most meaningful conversations don’t happen when everything goes right—they happen after mistakes are made. Choosing humility, listening well, and showing respect teaches children that healthy communication isn’t about being perfect… it’s about being willing to learn and grow together.
Every conversation is an opportunity to shape the next generation. 🙏💙

What are your children hearing from you every day? ❤️
Our words have incredible power. The encouragement we give today can become the confidence they carry tomorrow.
Let’s be intentional about speaking life, showing grace, and reminding our children who they are and whose they are. Those small moments and simple words often leave the biggest impact.

What’s one thing you wish someone had told you when you were a teenager? 🤔
Sometimes our teens don’t need us to have all the answers—they just need to know we’re willing to listen without judgment.
The conversations that seem small today can become the moments they remember for the rest of their lives. Make yourself approachable, stay curious, and remind them there’s no question too big or too awkward to bring to you. ❤️

Who’s got the better end of the deal… parents of boys or parents of girls? 😂
As a dad, I can honestly see both sides. 😅 One group is playing referee all day… the other is wondering how a garage door disappeared and why the house suddenly has an “accent wall” nobody asked for. 🤦🏻♂️🎨🚪
Parenting definitely keeps you humble—and gives you stories you’ll be telling for years.
👇 Parents, settle the debate:
Boys, girls, or both? Which one keeps you on your toes the most?

What kind of legacy are you building for your children?
Our teens are always watching—not just what we say, but how we live. The habits we model today can shape the choices they make for years to come.
Whether it’s faith, integrity, kindness, discipline, or taking care of our health, the example we set often speaks louder than our words ever could.
Let’s be intentional. Not because we’re perfect, but because our kids deserve to see what it looks like to keep growing, keep learning, and keep trusting God through every season. ❤️

What are your kids really learning from you? ❤️
Our children are listening to what we say, but they’re also watching how we treat people who can do nothing for us… the cashier, the waiter, the neighbor, the stranger, and even the person we disagree with.
The greatest lessons in kindness aren’t taught during a lecture—they’re caught in everyday moments.
Let’s be the example we hope our children become. Grace. Compassion. Humility. Those are legacies worth passing on. 🙏

What’s one boundary you wish someone had taught you to set earlier in life? 🤔
One of the greatest gifts we can give our children isn’t just rules—it’s an example.
If we constantly say “yes” when we should say “no,” ignore our own limits, or allow unhealthy relationships to drain us, our kids notice. They often learn more from what we model than from what we say.
Healthy boundaries aren’t about building walls. They’re about protecting what matters most—your faith, your family, your peace, and your purpose.
The lessons we live today can become the wisdom our children carry tomorrow. ❤️

What’s one job you had as a teenager that taught you more than you realized at the time? 👀
Your teenager’s first job isn’t just about earning a paycheck.
It’s about learning responsibility, showing up on time, solving problems, serving people, handling criticism, and discovering confidence they didn’t know they had.
Those lessons often shape character long after the paycheck is spent.
If you’re a parent, encourage them to work. The life skills they gain may be far more valuable than the money they earn. 💙
What was your very first job? Mine was working at a pizza restaurant!

What’s one thing you hope your children will remember about your faith? 🙏❤️
The greatest lessons aren’t always taught with words—they’re taught by example. The way we love, forgive, serve, and trust God often leaves the deepest impact on the next generation.
Let’s live a faith that’s worth passing on.

What’s one thing your kids never seem to forget? 😂
It’s funny how they can forget to clean their room… but somehow remember that promise you made three months ago about ice cream or a trip to the park. 🤦🏻♂️
Parenting keeps you humble. 😂❤️
