Myth: ADHD is caused by too much sugar.
If sugar caused ADHD, every kid after a birthday party would have it.
The truth: ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition linked to differences in brain development and function. Nutrition affects overall health, but sugar does not cause ADHD.
