We were proud to partner with the Academy as they welcomed their 11th class of students, with 330 future craft professionals enrolled across the program. Supporting skilled trades education and workforce development creates real career pathways and strengthens our communities.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the 2,977 lives lost on September 11, 2001. The events of that day revealed the incredible strength, compassion, and unity of the American spirit. Twenty-five years later, we join our community and nation in honoring the extraordinary courage of first responders, remembering the victims, and recognizing the strength of the families who carry their memory forward every day.

We will never forget.

Tennessee continues to solidify its role as a hub for advanced nuclear innovation, and our team was proud to be part of the discussion at ETEC’s NOW 2026 conference!

Serving as a Uranium Ambassador sponsor, our geotechnical specialists joined leaders from across the country to discuss advanced fission and fusion, environmental management, and the workforce needed to support next-generation facilities. Connecting with fellow exhibitors, partners, and the next generation of engineers made for an invaluable two days in Knoxville.

Our Archaeology and Environmental team had a great time out in the field partnering with the State Archaeologists from the Alabama Historical Commission, and representatives from Mobile County, Alabama, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District at the newly acquired Duck Hill Site in Coden.

Field assessments like this are a critical step in supporting regional beneficial use and coastal marsh restoration projects. By working alongside our agency partners early in the process, we ensure that vital shoreline preservation efforts seamlessly align with the careful protection of our coast's unique cultural and environmental resources.

Major milestones are taking shape in West Alabama! After nine months of steady progress, paving is officially underway along Segment 7 of the 74-mile-long West Alabama Highway corridor. When completed, these critical infrastructure and roadway improvements will significantly enhance regional safety and unlock new economic opportunities for local communities

Our team was thrilled to attend the City of Tuscaloosa – Government’s groundbreaking ceremony on the final phase of the Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Jack Warner Parkway corridor improvements. This marks the final phase of this crucial infrastructure project, which will focus on upgrading and widening the railroad bridge spans to improve vehicle traffic flow beneath the crossings.

We appreciate the opportunity to work alongside our project partners to build a safer, more connected corridor that opens up new development and growth opportunities for the people of Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
