BOO! Project — Fuse Project A traditional BOO comes with a spooky, festive sign you stick in a friend’s yard and a treat bag that you leave at their door. Ring the doorbell, run away, and watch the enjoyment as your friends come outside to find the yard sign and surprise. Now it’s their chance to purchase a BOO and pass on...

🚙👻 The BOO Crew just picked up some extra horsepower!
We’re excited to welcome McConnell Automotive as a new Spooktacular Sponsor of this year’s BOO! Project!

A family-owned Mobile business since 1955, McConnell has a long history of serving our community, and we’re so grateful to have them along for the ride as we turn Halloween fun into more opportunities for students in the Avenue community. Their support helps keep BOO! Project moving and makes it possible for local kids to learn, grow, and thrive.

BOO! Project wouldn’t be possible without the local businesses that step up to support our community, so be sure to show some love to McConnell Automotive and all of our Spooktacular Sponsors!

👻🏊 Flicker & Friends are making a splash this Halloween!
Legend has it that Flicker first appeared one magical Halloween night carrying a tiny lantern whose flame pulsed with ideas, kindness, and possibility. Soon, other happy little ghosts were drawn to Flicker’s light, becoming Flicker & Friends - the cheerful crew of good-hearted haunters you’ll spot on BOO! Project signs and treat bags each October. They’re here to spark joy, ignite generosity, and help create brighter futures for local children.

If you’ve followed BOO! Project over the years, you know this ghostly crew loves a good costume. They’ve been little monsters, rockstars, and this year, they’re sporting swimsuits!

Why the beach-ready BOOs? This year’s costumes shine a light on our Avenue Swim Club (in partnership with City of Mobile Swim Association and USA Swimming), where local students have the opportunity to build water safety skills, confidence, and a love of swimming. With more swim programming planned, Flicker & Friends are ready to help make a splash!

Want to help? Avenue Swim Club is one of the programs you can support when you BOOst a Student!
