Meet Your Hosts-Dennis Gould:
I’m Dennis Gould, Meanwhile...Mobile co-producer & editor.
I came to Mobile in 1986 after 11 years as a working musician and 2 years of on-air Radio experience in Baltimore. I landed at WIZD, Wizard 104 where over the next 2&1/2 years I worked Midnights then Evenings as well as Music Director.

Almost immediately upon arriving at WIZD I began to do freelance voice-over work for Gary Mitchell’s Soundworks. Ultimately, I was asked to come to work full time at Soundworks in July of 1988 and today I am proud to be a partner Soundworks along with Wilma Haupt & founder, Barry Silverman (AKA Gary Mitchell.)

I can occasionally be seen around Mobile playing guitar and singing songs of The Great American Songbook.

I am married to a wonderful woman, Barbara Spafford – an artist & musician with whom I share a sense of humor and a love of art, music & literature. We also share the same influences in our lives: The Catholic Church, The Twilight Zone & Mad Magazine.
