Job Title: Construction Laborer

Company Overview:

We are a growing heavy civil construction company specializing in earthwork, site development, and underground utilities. Our team focuses on moving dirt efficiently and safely while delivering high-quality infrastructure projects.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, motivated, and willing to assist with a variety of tasks related to earthwork, grading, excavation, and underground utility installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with earthwork, grading, excavation, and utility installation
Help install underground utilities including water, sewer, and storm drain
Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely
Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work environment
Assist equipment operators and pipe crews as needed
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work effectively with supervisors and crew members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

Construction or labor experience preferred but not required
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)

Work Environment:

Outdoor construction sites in varying weather conditions
Physically demanding work environment
Full-time position with potential overtime

We are a growing heavy civil construction company specializing in earthwork, site development, and underground utilities. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects while operating safely, efficiently, and with pride.

We're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator with GPS machine control experience to join our team. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, graders, and loaders
Perform mass grading, fine grading, and excavation work
Operate GPS machine control systems (Topcon, Trimble, or similar)
Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and grade stakes
Assist with underground utility installation, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems
Complete daily equipment inspections and perform basic preventative maintenance
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of heavy equipment operating experience in civil construction or site development
Proven experience using GPS machine control systems
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and elevations
Experience with grading and underground utility work preferred
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety
Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred)
