The Pro-Wide Drywall, Inc. is proud to announce the start of Valley Vista Apartments, our newest multi-family housing project consisting of 80 units of affordable housing in Clearlake, CA📍

This is a first for us—our first modular build project. Our scope covers field-installed rough carpentry framing, drywall, and paint across four residential buildings and a community center.

80 homes. 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units. Built for low-income residents in the City of Clearlake. This is the work that drives us 💪🏽

Rough carpentry framing is complete at the ISE Diamond L.I.F.E. Sports Complex at Clovis Community College 📍

Walls are going up and the work speaks for itself. Our crew is currently on the ground at Lakeview Terrace Apartments, framing out what will soon be a new affordable housing community for families in Corcoran, California 🏠

Rough carpentry is taking shape at Crescent Meadows Apartments in the City of Visalia 📍

Wall panels are up, TallWall sheathing is on, and our framing crews are moving into roof trusses and rooftop parapets — the structure is really coming to life.

Every stud, header, and shear wall you see here is the result of our crews showing up day in and day out to build quality affordable housing for California’s Central Valley. From foundation to framing, this is the work that turns plans into homes.

Progress is looking beautiful at Quantum Care Place in El Dorado Hills, CA 📍

We are proud to partner with Wells Construction, Inc for this soon-to-be senior living community, delivering a full interior package.

Our scope: metal stud framing, exterior sheathing, drywall installation and Level 4 smooth finish, acoustical ceilings, and painting ⚒️

Once complete, this community will offer 66 units and 106 beds of assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing — a place where seniors in the Sacramento region will be cared for around the clock. Being part of a project like this is exactly why we love what we do.

Hope is being built, one wall at a time. 🙏🏗️

We’re proud to announce the completion of Big Sandy Rancheria Living Quarters—bringing safe, modern, and culturally connected housing to members of the Western Mono Indian Tribe. This new multi‑family residential development features two‑story apartment buildings totaling 12 units, including (4) one-bedroom units, (4) two-bedroom units, and (4) three-bedroom units 🏡

Our scope of work included rough carpentry framing and exterior fiber cement lap siding 🏗️

Our team is deep into the siding phase, bringing the exterior to life with consistent craftsmanship and attention to detail ✨

Each building is being wrapped with CommercialWrap, giving the structure a durable weather barrier that improves energy efficiency and protects against moisture intrusion. With the wrap in place, our siding installation is moving quickly and cleanly — another step closer to turning this development into a reality for the community 🏡
