We offer small group classes, Private training with Pilates Reformer, Pilates Chair, Pilates Mat and a variety of fitness equipment.
RE:Form Pilates helps you get your muscles pumping with challenging and sustainable exercises that build confidence in your body's abilities whether you're a beginner or seasoned we've got your back! We feature custom Balanced Body Equipment to fit the physical needs of our clientele. We welcome master instructors to host their workshops or continuing education with us. We are constantly looking for other businesses to partner and collaborate with for events and workshops. RE:FORM is owned by Julie Betts-Albert She brings over a decade of teaching experience and is committed to continuing education and mentoring new instructors.
