Valley Music Institute

Last Sunday we took over the 10th Street place with ALL of the VMI bands for an all day music experience. On Sunday, October 11, we do it all again at the fabulous Dying Breed Brewing venue.

It's quiet down here right now, but at 10:30 the music starts and goes all day long! Valley Music Institute helps close out the Music in the Plaza concert series by having ALL the bands perform in a magical mystical marathon of musical mayhem! This is the annual start of our fall concert schedule which will continue October 11 at Dying Breed Brewing followed by two days of performances at the VMI MainStage and three days of performances at Persuasion. Come on down and say hi and experience some quality rock 'n' roll family time!

Fully equipped rehearsal Studios are now available for booking.
There are more bands than ever in our area. At VMI we may have contributed to this situation. We have five rehearsal Studios of various shapes and sizes that can be rented for $30 per hour with discounts for multiple hours and deeper discounts for monthly bookings. The studios are ready to go to where you don't even have to bring a cord. Just walk in and turn it on and within minutes you can be rehearsing. Make the most of your rehearsal time, no set up, no rearranging furniture.
We used to share the space with some other entities and now we have taken over the whole thing so we have more room than ever and are trying to use it more fully from a business and music community point of view. Our main Hall with our big stage sound system, and lighting system is also available for birthday parties or parties of any type and in certain cases hosting events. We have tables and chairs for just about any size group. Call or text at 209-543-2066 to book time or if you need more info.

It's good to be back to school! There's still time to jump into our fall semester and tour.

It's good to be back to school! Still time to jump on board the fall semester and fall tour.

We start our fall semester on Monday and this is gonna be a fun one. We perform at the Dying Breed Brewery, which is one of the most spectacular venues in our area. In addition, we will have our own music in the plaza event and perform at VMI. We have a band of 10-year-olds that could really use another musician or two, a good adult band that could use a guitar player, and a heavy rock band that needs bass or Guitar. We have some scholarships available.

We need a few musicians to round out some bands. Fall semester starts next week. Formng bands now! Scholarships available.
