We are a small, family owned olive grove and we take great pride in offering you 100% extra virgin, cold-pressed olive oil which is grown, crushed, and bottled right here in the fertile farmland of the San Joaquin Valley. Our olives, the Arbequina and Arbesona varieties, are handpicked, to retain the integrity of the fruit. They are then crushed within hours of picking to ensure their freshness. We crush only once and no heat or chemicals are applied thereby allowing us to present you with the most flavorful 100% extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil this side of Tuscany.
