Well, another season of senior softball is in the books. (Strictly speaking, it’s not, since we don’t record official won-loss records and stats. 🙈🙉🙊)

We hope everyone enjoyed themselves. We wish our members well that are participating in Fall leagues and tournaments.

Keep fit, be well, and we hope to see you next year!

On August 27 members of the Stanislaus Senior Softball Association Board of Directors presented a check for $5,000 to Valley Children’s Healthcare at their Pelandale Specialty Care Center.

Representing SSSA were President David Hansen, Board members Dar Harrity, Lisa Stout, Kindra Walker, Jess Taylor, and Dan Langhoff, along with League Commissioner John Perez.

Donating to local charities is part of the SSSA charter. Our fund-raising efforts during the year (raffles at the mid-summer picnic, tournaments, etc.) make this possible.

Thanks to everyone who participated through purchases, donations, and/or volunteering!
