DoMo Shop 2024: — Downtown Modesto Stroll, Shop, and Savor Small Business Saturday at DoMo Shop!

🎉 We’re thrilled to welcome an incredible lineup of makers to this year’s DoMo Shop! In the coming weeks, we’ll be spotlighting these talented artists and giving you a sneak peek at their unique creations. Today, we’re excited to introduce four featured makers:

Recover Your Thoughts: Known for crafting handmade journals from repurposed materials, including old library books, this maker often preserves a page from the original book as a hidden gem inside each journal.

Dirt N Glue Mosiacs: This maker creates stunning mosaics using carefully sourced vintage materials, turning nostalgia into beautiful, one-of-a-kind art pieces.

Rarelyrabbits Illustrations: Specializing in watercolor and recently exploring gouache, this artist captures striking portraits, still-lifes, and landscapes that beautifully convey emotion and depth.

🌟 Hey Makers and Community Shakers! 🌟

We’ve got exciting news: on Small Business Saturday (November 30, 2024), DoMo Shop is returning (formally known as Mod Shop)!

Last Year, Modesto Downtown Improvement District and Downtown Modesto Partnership took the reins as event producers of Mod Shop. The original Mod Shop producers, a trio of hardworking community members, plan to use the name for pop-up events in the future.

DoMo Shop will still have the same creative and unique spirit the community has grown to know and love!
