Through our STEP Program, youth ages 16–21 can gain paid work experience and job readiness training while building skills for the future.

STEP can provide:
• Job readiness training
• A 120-hour paid internship starting at $16.90/hour
• Support from Workforce Specialists
• Pre-enrollment in Department of Rehabilitation

Students must meet program eligibility requirements, including living in Stanislaus County.
