Can you perform a marriage ceremony in costume as Santa Claus? Can you get married dressed as Santa and Mrs. Claus? You most certainly can β anywhere in the United States β because no state has a clause (or any laws) that regulates what you wear, whether you're getting married or performing the ceremony.π

As long as the marriage license is signed using your real name, it's completely legal! π
Heck, you could even perform the ceremony in the n**e ... but you might want to discuss it with the couple first. π³
