Being a mom and a fulltime photographer is one of the biggest blessings of my life… and also one of the hardest things I’ve ever done.
Some days I feel like I’m giving everything I have to my business, and other days I feel like I’m giving everything I have to being a mama and somehow I’m always wondering if I’m giving enough to both.
There are late nights editing after bedtime, emails answered during naps, galleries delivered with a baby on my hip, and a whole lot of figuring it out as I go.
I’m so grateful that this business allows me to be home with my baby while doing something I truly love, but that doesn’t mean the balance is easy.
This season is busy, messy, beautiful, and one I know I’ll miss someday.
I’m learning to give myself grace in the middle of it all because I’m building a business I’m proud of while raising the little boy I prayed for 🤎
