Lt. Cody Kegerreis and FF Jacob Ansel from the City of Monroe Fire Department conducted 5 CPR/AED/First Aid training sessions with our employees over the past few weeks.
Thanks to their guidance, 55 employees either renewed their certification or became certified for the first time! ๐ This means 67% of our current staff is now CPR/AED/First Aid certified.
Shout out to our Organizational Development Manager, Danielle, for coordinating these training opportunities and continuing to create meaningful learning experiences that support our teamโs growth and preparedness.

Our team had a great time at Kids' Day at the Monroe County Fair yesterday! ๐ก It was a great turnout, and we always enjoy seeing so many families and kids out enjoying the fair. We had a wonderful time! ๐

Bring your kids out to the fair between 10 and 2, pick up the scavenger hunt questions at the gate, and find the fair favorites for a chance to win a prize! Kids get FREE entrance to the fair today until 5:00.
