- Seasonal events - May 1st through October 31st
*Three day venue rental: The day before your event - 2 to 8pm
*The day of your event - 10:30am to Midnight
*The day after your event- Clean up completed by 3pm
-1 acre pond as a perfect setting for ceremony & photography
-Use of a 40 X 80 white frame tent with side walls
