As our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Medical Director, Erica provides compassionate psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and personalized mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults.

She believes every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. By taking a whole-person approach to treatment, Erica works alongside her clients to develop individualized care plans that promote hope, healing, and lasting wellness.

We are excited to welcome Angela Smith to the Snow Counseling team!

Angela is a Christian Marriage and Family Therapist Academic Intern who helps individuals, couples, and families navigate relationship challenges, family transitions, parenting stress, and spiritual concerns. She approaches counseling through a Bowen Family Systems lens, helping clients gain insight into the patterns and relationships that shape their lives.

Currently completing her master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Abilene Christian University, Angela combines her clinical training and Christian faith to provide thoughtful, compassionate care. We are grateful to have her on our team and look forward to the support she will provide to those we serve.
