Bitcoin has shed nearly $27,000 off its peak; it is sitting around $85k this morning. It’s ugly and to add to it QT ended this morning and hoping for QE and a Fed rate cut this month, but it’s a clarifying moment for us in construction lending.

People often talk about the "Wealth Effect", when portfolios are up, consumers feel good and construction starts boom. When portfolios bleed, closings pause. We are seeing that pause right now.
But here is the reality check: Digital volatility does not alter physical vacancy rates.

The crypto correction might dry up some speculative liquidity, but it emphasizes the stability of what we do. Steel, concrete, and housing demand don't fluctuate 20% in a weekend.
