Our operating hours will be reduced initially. The Great Clips app and greatclips.com are the best places to check when we are open.
We will be busy and wait times will be long for the first several weeks. Our online check in system will be used to book same-day appointments. On the day you plan to come, we strongly recommend that you check in with our free phone app, or from your computer at greatclips.com.
After you check in, watch your estimated wait time count down on your device. Plan to arrive at the salon with 15 minutes remaining on your wait time.
If you are unable to check in online for some reason, you can still walk up and our receptionist will handle your check in and provide an estimated wait time.
