SouthCon Building Group,LLC

SouthCon Building Group and Thomas & Hutton are wearing pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! We're proud to come together to show our support for those fighting breast cancer, celebrate the survivors, honor those we've lost, and remind everyone of the importance of early detection. In our industry, we know the power of building strong foundations—and there's no stronger foundation than a community that supports one another. Together, we wear pink. Together, we make a difference!

Wishing everyone a safe and relaxing Labor Day weekend!

It’s exciting to see the continued progress taking shape at our Dominion Energy project!

Our team is proud to be part of this project and appreciates the hard work, coordination, and commitment from all parties involved. There’s nothing better than watching a project move forward and seeing everyone’s efforts come together in the field.

It’s Friday, and it’s HOT outside! Our four-legged crew is doing their part to help us finish the week strong!

Stay cool, stay safe, and Happy Friday from the SouthCon Group pup crew.

Back to School!
As students head back to the classroom, we’re looking back at a SouthCon project from several years ago — Meeting Street Academy at Brentwood.
SouthCon Building Group renovated the former Brentwood Elementary School, including classrooms, the gymnasium, cafeteria, media center, and administrative spaces.
It’s always rewarding to look back at projects that continue to serve students, teachers, and our community year after year.
Wishing everyone a great school year!

Looking back on one of the projects we're most proud to have been a part of.
The Boone Hall Gin House project earned recognition at the local, regional, and national levels, receiving five prestigious awards for excellence in construction and historic preservation.
These honors reflect the dedication, craftsmanship, and collaboration of our team and project partners, whose commitment helped preserve an iconic landmark for future generations.

SouthCon Building Group is honored to have achieved Associated Builders and Contractors' (ABC) STEP Diamond designation—the organization's highest recognition for safety excellence—for the fifth consecutive year.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the American Red Cross Blood Drive hosted by SouthCon Building Group and Thomas & Hutton. Every donation has the potential to save lives, and we're grateful to everyone who helped make this blood drive a success.
