We don't need an umbrella policy...A 28-year-old guest dove headfirst into an above-ground pool, hit his head, and became a quadriplegic. The homeowner was found 60% responsible and faced a $5 million judgment, the entirety of which was covered by the homeowner's umbrella policy.
