Six years ago, I gave a Simply Amazing Dish of the Month award to R' Way Pizza and Family Tavern in Pawleys Island for their Pubwich. It became famous. I could never find anything similar after that.

Until...

I met its long lost brother from another mother at 2 Bros Pizza. Yeah, that bros!

What an awesome reawakening of flavors. As soon as this mouth bit into the Steak Roman, I was taken back to Mike and Allison's green interior where I sat and stuffed my face with the Pubwich.

Even Branham said he needs to take his mouth there and see if it stacks up to his.

Trust me, they are both legit.

Make plans to attend the annual Chili Cookoff at the Greer Farmers Market in November. I'll be there.

Stopped at Buffalo Cornbread in Piedmont and had an epic meal. This mouth was in culinary heaven.

The smoked wings, the firecracker shrimp, the brunswick stew. All great.

Loved the buffalo grits, the trio platter and piggyback burger. Succulent.

The sides were amazing, too. Collards, Mac and Cheese, and, yes, that luscious cornbread. It's cake style.

My best bite was the chicken salad, brunswick stew and that piggyback burger.

Great staff, great food. Pick up a hat while you are there.

Legit pizza here at 2 Bros Pizza in Easley, S.C. The staff here are legit, too.

Great people, great place. I had plenty more. You will see that soon enough.

Their game is awesome, also.

We took comfort food to a whole new level.

A juicy burger piled high with cheese curds, crispy French fries, rich brown gravy, melted Swiss cheese, and fresh green onion.
