What some may not know if this mare 1.5 yrs ago flipped over a gate in turn out and broke her pelvis. With all odds against her to never walk soundly again and no chance of being a show horse, she proved all vets wrong and with the help of a great chiropractor, great farrier, and a vet with an open mind on trying ideas and taking it one day at a time, on March 28th 2026 I threw a saddle back on her for the first time. Coming out of a long recovery, we spent a month rebuilding strength still playing it day by day. In late June we decided to put her back in our show string and training. Christy spent the majority of her days working with this mare to catch up on a lost year. To our amaze she has held her own at shows winning already 1 all around buckle and this past weekend brining home her 3rd round of checks. She never got to show as a 2 yr old so was not eligible for the super horse but was pretty proud of how she placed all week in the all around classes and breeders classes.
