We have a beautiful single family cottage in Myrtle Beach, SC and we are renovating a 3 bedroom property in Gettysburg, Pa that will be ready early 2027. Enjoy EASY ARRIVAL with NO FRONT DESK CHECK-IN at this lovely home away from home. Planning your vacation starts with finding the perfect and this 2 bedroom cottage in the HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER SHORE DRIVE AREA OF MYRTLE BEACH is just a short walk from the warm sand and surf! Enjoy the convenient location near everything there is to do in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach! This newly renovated cottage is the perfect size for small families or small groups of friends traveling together. You won’t miss home at all with this property’s list of conveniences, with towels, linens, wireless internet access, cable, shampoo, a hairdryer and more available for your use! This cottage features a Queen bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and an additional Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, pots, pans, and dishes. Peaceful setting, but walking distance to all the action at Ocean Annie's. Located just a short walk from the sand, explore the local area on foot and enjoy the amenities. Spend a day at the beach or pool before getting ready and going out in the evening. Before/ After 45 day backyard update. The firepit area is complete, the deck is 95% done, we took down the fence which will be replaced, we tore up the old asphalt, we got rid of the shed, and started laying ground. Next up will be to finish the deck and lay grass seed. We hope to start inside in September.
45 day update. We finished the firepit area, the deck is 95% complete, we removed the fence which we will replace, removed the asphalt, and started to lay ground. Next up we will finish the deck, lay more ground and seed. We will head inside by end of September. # #
30 day update. We got a dumpster and got rid of everything we tore out of the house so far. We finished the landscaping out front and beside the deck. We have been working hard on the firepit area where the pool was. Next up is to finish washing the stone to reuse it and finish the deck. I am excited to be able to move inside soon.

Over the past 3 weeks we have been working on the flower beds. Here is a preview of the before, in progress, and after of our journey! Thank you Lehigh in Hanover for your 50% off sale the past two weeks which motivated us to finish this project sooner than expected. #

Settlement day is always an exciting day! 🏡✨
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve purchased a new property in Gettysburg that will be getting a full renovation over the next 6 months. It’s a house with great bones, tons of character, and yes… plenty of projects ahead.
We’re rolling up our sleeves and doing the renovation ourselves. We will attempt to share the entire process from demo days to design decisions.
