LITUS To Let

LITUS* offices will open at 11am on Monday, February 2nd, and operate on normal business hours for the duration of the day; 11am - noon and 1pm - 4pm.

LITUS* To Let will be closed on Thursday, January 1st, in celebration of the New Year. Please enjoy and celebrate safely! We wish you all many blessings in the year to come.

LITUS* To Let will be closed December 22 - 26 to allow staff time to rest, recharge and enjoy the Christmas holiday. We will reopen for normal business hours at 9am on Monday December 29th.
We will also be closed New Years Day, Thursday, January 1st.

LITUS* To Let will be closed Thursday, November 27th, and Friday, November 28th, to allow our staff time to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with their loved ones. Wishing each of you many blessings throughout this holiday season and beyond. We are thankful for your continued relationships and support.

Our LITUS* To Let staff designed a cute Snoopy and Woodstock wreath for this year's donation to the Festival of Wreaths at the Dickens Christmas Show & Festivals. 100% of wreath sales go to the Kiwanis Club of Myrtle Beach to aid in their effort to help fill the needs of children in our community during this holiday season. The Dickens Show will take place November 13-16 at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. If you are at the festival this year, please look for our wreath and make a bid! We wish everyone a fun and blessed holiday season.

LITUS* To Let offices will close at 2pm on Friday, May 23rd and will remain closed Monday, May 26th in observance of Memorial Day. We will reopen on Tuesday, May 27th at 9am.

LITUS* To Let will close at 2pm today, Friday, April 18th. We will reopen on Monday for normal business hours.

LITUS* To Let will be closed December 23 - 27 to allow staff time to enjoy the Christmas holiday. We will reopen for normal business hours at 9am on Monday December 30th.

We will also be closed New Years Day, Wednesday January 1st.

Beginning Monday, October 14th, 2024, our office will be closing at 4pm daily. New permanent office hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - noon and 1pm to 4pm.

Due to the severe weather threat in the area, LITUS* offices will delay opening until 1pm today, September 27th. In the case of emergency please dial the office and follow the emergency prompts.
