When anxiety feels like too much, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Our new Anxiety Toolkit is a four-week group designed to give you practical tools for understanding and navigating anxiety while learning to trust Jesus in the middle of it.
There’s no pressure to share your story or do anything you’re not comfortable with. Come learn, grow, and leave better equipped for the moments when anxiety feels overwhelming.

Sometimes anxiety isn’t only reacting to what’s happening now. Past pain can shape the story we tell ourselves about the present. But every thought that shows up doesn’t get to lead us.
Jesus invites us to bring those stories to Him, learn what’s true, and let His perspective shape the way forward.
