Made 2 types of Elk sausage yesterday.
Hot link with grilled Serrano & Aneheim & Italian Sage w/ roasted red peppers.
Did you brine your turkey? This is what we use:
Sea salt, thyme, sage, peppercorns, dried apples, dried cranberries, dried orange peel, bay leaf, and juniper berries.
