Brigid McCormick, MA, BCBA, LBA, Founder and Clinical Director of Precision ABA is one of the many knowledgeable speakers joining us.

During her featured session, 𝑼𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑨𝑩𝑨 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒚, Brigid will explain what quality ABA looks like and what families should ask when choosing a provider.

Her work emphasizes assent-based care, self-advocacy, and understanding what matters most to each child. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and has a background in secondary education. Brigid also founded Educational Momentum and The Institute for Clinical Excellence, focusing on executive function, academic and social-emotional development, and high-quality, ethical training for behavior analysts.

The Precision Parent Series gives parents and caregivers a place to learn, ask questions, and get practical information about topics that come up along the way.

We’re kicking things off Wednesday, September 23 with Neuropsychological Evaluations: Your Questions Answered, featuring Dan Laluna, PsyD and Brigid McCormick, MA, BCBA, LBA.

We’re excited to kick off the Precision Parent Series this fall!

Parenting a child with autism comes with a lot of questions, and sometimes you need more than a quick tip or another thing to Google. We want to create a space for parents and caregivers to get practical information, ask questions, talk through challenges, and connect with other parents.

We’ll cover the real questions that come up at home, at school, and as kids grow, with topics ranging from boundaries and independence to friendships, regulation, school, and individualized ABA support.

You can join us for 1, 2, or all 7 sessions.

Join Precision ABA and Dr. Dan Laluna Psychological Testing Services for a practical conversation about neuropsychological evaluations, from the testing process to what happens once you have the results. We’ll talk about when testing can be helpful, why families may seek an evaluation or updated testing, what different areas of assessment can tell us about a child, and how the results can help guide support at school, in therapy, and at home.

One of our favorite events of the year is coming up, and we’re excited to bring our community together for an afternoon of Halloween fun, trick-or-treating, and connecting with local resources.

We’re bringing together a variety of organizations, providers, and community resources that support neurodiverse children and their families. We’re excited to create a space where families can connect with resources, meet local organizations, and learn about the many supports available in our community.
