The end of an era… and the beginning of a new one. 🤍

For the past 9 years, my husband has worked out of our basement while the kids had this space as their playroom. Now that they’re getting older, I figured it was finally his turn to have an office of his own!

I still wanted the room to feel fun and playful because let’s be real… the kids aren’t going anywhere. 😂 They’ll still use this space for homework, projects, and hanging out, so the goal was to create a room that works for everyone.

The fun artwork from Urban Garden Prints • Pretty, Colorful & Current Art was the perfect finishing touch! It adds just the right amount of personality and playfulness while still making the room feel like a grown-up office.

A little bittersweet saying goodbye to the playroom years, but I love that this space gets to grow with our family. 🤍

What do you think of its new chapter?

I own the Frame TV and love it… but I think this $225 Roku TV might be my favorite little design hack 😂

The secret? I pull up free Frame TV-style artwork on YouTube—and the “frame” you see is actually part of the art. No separate frame needed. 👀

I can switch it out with the seasons, and it gives me that expensive art-TV look for a fraction of the price. This Halloween one is too cute. 👻🎃

October 1st means I’m officially entering my cozy era 🤎🍂

But my version of fall decor is less pumpkins everywhere and more cozy textures, warm tones, candles, pretty florals + little seasonal touches that still feel like my home.

Because your house can feel like fall without screaming FALL. 😂

Are you team subtle fall or give me ALL the pumpkins? 🍂🎃

This artwork completely changed the room. 🤎

I’d been looking for something that felt collected, colorful and a little unexpected—and these pieces from Urban Garden Prints • Pretty, Colorful & Current Art by Jenny Westenhofer were exactly what this space needed. I love how the mix of patterns and vintage-inspired plates instantly brought the whole room to life.
