🌸 How Mommy & Me Yoga Club Began 🌸

We were inspired to create Mommy & Me Yoga Club after feeling frustrated by the few exercise options in our area that included childcare and struggling to feel motivated to work out alone. We started meeting weekly to flow together while our children played.

What started as two moms making space for themselves quickly grew into something bigger!

Athena brings years of yoga experience, while Kaitlyn adds her professional dance background and fearless energy for those “how-does-she-do-that?” poses! 💪💃

Now, they’re sharing the joy, balance, and laughter they found together with other moms looking for connection, movement, and a little “me time” with the kids right by their side. 🌿👶
