Your Automotive Concierge brings professional vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and selected repairs to customers at their homes, workplaces, and other approved locations. We’re hiring a technician who takes pride in careful workmanship, honest recommendations, and respectful customer service.

You’ll work from a late-model, high-roof service van equipped with professional tools, diagnostic equipment, and supplies for our onsite service menu. The work includes maintenance, brakes, batteries and no-start service, inspections, diagnostics, and selected repairs that can be performed safely at the customer’s location.

What we’re looking for

Approximately 2–4 years of professional automotive experience preferred

Confidence using OBD scan tools and following a methodical diagnostic process

Experience with electronic parking brake service and release procedures

Ability to work independently within an agreed service menu and ask for support when a job calls for it

Clear communication, organization, and respect for customers and their property

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Ability to pass a background check

Some had only one vehicle and no ride home. Others were caring for family members, recovering from surgery, managing demanding work and school schedules, or simply unable to spend hours arranging transportation and waiting for repairs.

Those conversations showed us that customers did not necessarily need another traditional repair shop. They needed professional automotive service that could fit into their lives.

Our mobile model brings professional maintenance, diagnostics, inspections, and selected repairs directly to a customer’s home, workplace, or another approved location. Customers can continue working, remain at home, or care for their families while their vehicle receives the attention it needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Travel to scheduled appointments in a professionally equipped service van
• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, inspections, and approved mobile repairs
• Complete vehicle inspections with clear notes
• Accurately document findings, repairs, parts, and labor
• Communicate professionally with customers and management
• Keep the service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Follow established safety, quality-control, and warranty procedures
• Recognize when a repair cannot be completed safely onsite and recommend the appropriate next step

SERVICES MAY INCLUDE

• Oil changes and scheduled maintenance
• Brake pad and rotor replacement
• Battery, starter, and alternator service
• Check-engine-light and electrical diagnostics
• Cooling-system repairs
• Belt, tensioner, hose, filter, and fluid services

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Comfortable using digital inspections, repair software, and mobile devices
• ASE certifications preferred but not required
• European vehicle experience is a plus
• Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds and work outdoors in Florida conditions
