Royal Harbor Collection

Naples, long known for its sugar sand beaches, tropical weather, and small town charm, has developed into a destination for those seeking a healthy lifestyle along with superior shopping and dining and a rich cultural experience. It’s also recognized for its numerous prestigious neighborhoods with Royal Harbor ranking among the top of the list. Located on the eastern shores of Naples Bay, every single-family home in the waterfront community has direct bridge-free access to the picturesque waterways, the gateway to the open waters of the beautiful, azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the secluded beaches which line its shore. Royal Harbor is nestled just minutes away from the famed shopping, dining, cultural and entertainment districts of Third Street South and Fifth Avenue South in downtown Naples. The history of this luxurious waterfront community began in the 1960s when the first homes first started popping up. By the end of the 1970s, the majority of the 400-plus homes were built for residents seeking a better life in this wonderful haven. But many would board their boats and head out to the Gulf for a day of fishing or relaxing. The same holds true today, but beautiful custom estate homes such as those found in The Royal Harbor Collection are now replacing the smaller, dated homes of yesterday.
