Some Nostalgia from Eco Battery
Was cleaning up the shop, saw some boxes in the corner, honesty thought I had some flyers, brochures or something in the boxes.

Come to find out these are original Eco Battery 48V 72AH batteries, these have to be about 4.5yrs/ 5 yrs old. Completely forgot about these that I had, I remember I had a club car project lined up for both of these, got busy with the business and put them aside to deal with later.... well today is later.

Brand new in box, never charged once. Sure as s**t... they still holding a charge on them at 53.5V about 5yrs later. Not many lithium batteries have been around that long to see if they still hold a charge. I'm absolutely impressed nearly 5yrs later they're still holding their original charge.

The question, do I use them as nostalgia or put them in a cart?!?!

Who else is sporting an Eco Battery this old still holding it original charge?

We are now implementing phone call and text support with service fees.

For the last 5-6 years we've always helped out the golf cart community, we've always taken calls and text and helped support for no cost, simply just to help out. Unfortunately, dealers and customers of other dealers that are not our customers are abusing this help.

To cart owners if your dealer can't handle your calls and can't support you and help, do not call us and expect free help with an attitude, if your dealer can't help. We will still help but payment needs to be collected up front.

Dealers, samething, we get many, many calls from dealers looking for us to resolve their customer cart issues, needing support. Same process applies.

We're spending to much of our time on other people that are not our customers. To better support our local customer base, we need to implement this to better support to them.

Dealers are charging their customers labor cost, but expect us to actually solve their customers issues for them, free of charge. That is changing as of now.

To our current customers, this does not change a thing on how we take care you, you will still get all the help and support we've always given.
