Compassion For Cuba

I haven't been posting because Ive been busy with putting together boxes to help the childrens hospital in Holguin. People donate furniture, etc to us then I sell it and the money helps pay to send these boxes to Cuba.So if you have anything of value you can donate please let me know. Ill be having a big sale mid Oct.Ill post the info before I do. Please continue you to pray for Cuba.

Goodmorning, I wanted to update everyone on what Compassion For Cuba has been doing. We mailed out large boxes of food last month. They went to a church in Camerones and a few families in Holguin, a family outside of Havana and we've been sending medical supplies to the childrens hospital in Holguin. We also sent a couple walkers and another wheelchair. We send everything through Cuba azul. It goes by air and then delivered. Its takes usually 14 days to get there. Last month CFC spent 1,700+ in shipping alone. Ive sold furniture, purses, had yards sales etc to raise the money. We've had generous donors just donate also. God has been making it all come together and we're thankful. So please pray for Cuba they are living in extremely hard times and they need prayer. If you can help by donating please do.

My dear friend Leo was a pediatric intern in Cuba last year. He approached me and asked if I could help him get out of Cuba to Uruguay because if he took his final exam in Cuba they would take his passport and he'd be stuck there forever. I got together with a few people and we with God's help made it happen. Yesterday he took his exam and is now a general practitioner in Uruguay!! Congratulations to Dr Leo Freeman. God is good!!
