Christmas is more than a season…
it’s a feeling 🎄✨

This wish stopped us in our tracks.
She didn’t ask for something flashy she asked for comfort.

A bigger bed. A place to rest a little easier, a little better.

So Santa sent two elves on a mission. Together, they made sure she received a new, larger bed, cozy sheets to match, and a soft purple stuffed friend and some decor for her room. Something she can always see and she can hold onto as a reminder that she is seen, cared for, and deeply loved.

Because sometimes the greatest gifts aren’t things…
they’re comfort,and knowing someone listened. 💜

Our Giving Tree is a little different. It’s not about generic gifts it’s about what our seniors truly want for Christmas, because for many, this may be the only gift they receive all year.

This wonderful gentleman always smiling, always joking, always finding a way to make others laugh wished for ci**rs. A kind man and his daughter chose his tag and adopted him for Christmas.

And just like that… ask and you shall receive with the Silver Years Foundation.
Not only did he receive his ci**rs, but he also gained something even more special a new friend to share them with, and to continue to share his incredible stories with.

Getting into the spirit for our gift delivery this Saturday!

While decorating cookies, these wonderful ladies shared their Christmas traditions from baking and candy-making to favorite songs and artists from years past. Between stories, laughter, and a few cookie crumbs, they taught me so much and had me happily bobbing my head along with them.

There’s something so special about coming back to where it all began.

Shear Image Salon was our very first Giving Tree home, and year after year they continue to go above and beyond with open arms, full hearts, and unwavering support.

Walking through their doors always feels like Christmas — the kind filled with love, laughter, and community. From believing in this mission from the start to helping make every Giving Tree season possible, their kindness never goes unnoticed.

Loading up my car, playing real-life Tetris to fit every single gift, is one of my favorite moments — because it means our seniors are about to feel so loved.

Thank you to the entire Shear Image Salon family for always showing up, supporting big, and helping us make magic happen for our elders. I cannot wait to pass these gifts along.
