Action Title Services

Action Title Services is an organization of professionals conducting real estate closings and escrow services in the sunshine state of Florida, Collier and Lee Counties as well as statewide. Locally owed and operated, we are underwritten by national underwriters: Fidelity National Title Insurance Company; Old Republic National Title Insurance and Stewart Title Guaranty. Our closing teams have extensive experience in many types of buy/sell real estate transactions, including new construction and 1031 exchanges. We also have a Spanish speaking team for the convenience of our clients. Action Title is one of few to have an in-house title plant for both Collier and Lee Counties. It is an essential part of our organization that provides timely and accurate property information and title searches. As a result we have complete control of the title examination, commitment approval and insuring process. This is an important benefit to our customers during time critical closings. Additionally, we follow guidelines for time-honored 30-year title searches in insuring clear title for the new owner and lender. Action Title has grown to become a reputable title company serving a diverse clientele of builders, Realtors, Lenders and individuals.
