Earlier this month, Needham Bank was proud to join community partners in celebrating two important milestones: the ribbon cutting of the Mark Stebbins Community Center in Manchester, NH, and the grand opening of Amesbury City Hall. Last night, we were honored to be recognized by the Boston Business Journal as a Corporate Citizenship Award honoree.

Our Retail team recently came together to pack hygiene kits for local community partners across our branch footprint. Filled with everyday essentials like shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, these kits will be distributed through local food pantries and human service organizations to help support neighbors in need.

Thank you to our team members for volunteering their time and adding thoughtful notes of encouragement for recipients. Small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference.

On the 25th anniversary of the attacks on the World Trade Center, our team came together to do what we do best: lend a hand when and where it's needed. Together Needham Bank volunteers packed over 2,000 meals for our neighbors in need for distribution by the Greater Boston Food Bank, part of an estimated 2 million meals packed in cities across the US. In partnership with 9/11 Day, we are proud to be part of this nation-wide effort to transform the anniversary of one of our darkest days into a day of doing good.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the resilience that emerged in the wake of September 11, 2001. As we mark 25 years since that tragic day, we honor the memories of those we lost and the strength of the communities forever changed.

Piggy banks, creativity, and money lessons made for a great day with the All Dorchester Sports & Leadership program!

Needham Bank's Contact Center team joined students to talk about saving, spending, and donating money, then put those lessons into action by decorating personalized piggy banks. We loved helping the next generation build financial confidence while having a little fun along the way.
