The Kidney ear point is located just above the Liver point, near the crus of the helix. Gently pressing this area while taking slow, deep breaths may help support the Kidney system, nourish the eyes, strengthen the bones, and promote the body’s natural inflammatory response.

Try pressing this point gently for about 30 seconds while taking slow, deep breaths.

👁️ Another acupuncture point often discussed for eye and facial support is Large Intestine 3 (LI-3).

This point is located on the hand, along the second metacarpal bone near the border between the red and white skin.

In acupuncture practice, LI-3 may be used as part of a broader treatment approach for concerns involving the eyes, face, headaches, back discomfort, and sciatic-type pain.

✨ It may also be combined with other acupuncture points depending on the goal:
• Da Bai & Ling Gu – commonly paired for back and sciatic pain
• Large Intestine 11 (LI-11) – may be incorporated into treatments for knee discomfort

Acupuncture point selection should always be individualized based on the person and condition.
