💙 Department Spotlight: Dialysis

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Mandi Harden, our Dialysis Nurse! 🩺💙

Mandi has been a nurse for 12.5 years, with the last 8 years dedicated to dialysis. She joined the Accolade team on April 1, 2021 — and, as she puts it, “Jokes on you guys, I’m still here!” 😂

Mandi and her dialysis team live by “Dare to Care Differently,” focusing on communication, teamwork and providing the best possible care for our residents and their families. They also work closely with a local nephrologist to provide quality care. 💙

One of Mandi’s favorite parts of her job is the residents. She says they’re like family and especially loves listening to their stories about their younger years. “I think they’d be a hoot!” 😂

Outside of work, Mandi enjoys spending time with her dog, Gustavo Cornelius, walking around town, cooking and baking. Feeding people is her love language — something our staff and residents already know well! 🥰

Her workday essentials? Celsius, Alani, water, chips and pickles. 😂
