Leonard Raven Hill, 18 October 1916 in PUNCH. Greece was wooed by both sides during WW1. Here Constantine 1 (Tino) reads a missive from the allies to join their side. Tito is treated as an analog to Hamlet, the prince who supposedly could not make up his mind.

Less story and therefore less action than in the other Bad Kitty books I have read, but Nick Bruel does a good job of explaining the American elections system.
