And then, two hours later, the complete opposite ❤️

Niloufer is a regular Zariya client, and a tiny interaction with her that day was such a good reminder of how much I value the relationships that have come out of this little business.

The fact that she immediately sent me the $1 I had accidentally undercharged her for made me smile - not because of the dollar, but because of the thought behind it.

She’s also the woman behind , and I’m very happy to send a little love her way 🫶

Sometimes it’s not about the dollar. It’s about the relationship.

Apparently my hold policy was mostly vibes. That has now been corrected 🙃

This week reminded me that sometimes the uncomfortable customer interaction is the one that shows you exactly where your business needs a better system.

So going forward: unpaid claims get a 24-hour hold unless you and I have arranged otherwise.

And then, literally a couple of hours later, I had the complete opposite experience.
