In our recent knowledge session on AI orchestration, our team spent 45 minutes going under the hood of how AI agents really work, why they break, and what an LLM is doing between your request and its reply. We made it hands-on with two team games, "Name that Pattern" and "Spot the Bug", plus a 7-question quiz on how LLMs actually work.

From agent loops, control flow and prompt injection to loop guards, idempotency and tracing, we looked at what it takes to run AI reliably in production. We also went inside the model itself: tokens, attention, caching, temperature, tool calls and hallucinations. Along the way, we shared real lessons from Jordan, our own 8-agent pipeline.
