Sunday 5/17 Spaghetti Dinner Spotlight: Sayma Karim!
Sayma Karim will perform "Fruit"! Sayma and her puppet Teetli discover many types of Bangladeshi fruits. Each fruit thinks it’s the best in the world.
Sayma Karim starred in "Sisimpur" a Sesame Street series that ran for 15 seasons
(2005-2021) in Bangladesh. She arrived to the USA to work with Czechoslovak
American Marionette Theatre and GOH Productions as a puppeteer. Recent NY
performances include: LUNGS Theater Festival, La MaMa, El Jardin del Paraiso, and
Theater for the New City.
