Welcome to pumpkin season & all things fall! To help us transition to autumn, we have our September Skater Spotlight, Olivia Chastain! Let’s get to know our autumnal Skater Spotlight!

Level: Working on preliminary skating skills test and open juvenile synchro

What brought you to the ice: My older sister emma used to figure skate when I was little so I decided to start because of her.

Who inspires you: My figure skating coaches Rachel and Leah. Figure skater Amber Glenn.

Favorite program: Hairspray.

Goals for the season: To pass my moves test and to make many memories with my synchro team!

What do you like to do off the ice: I like to hangout with my friends and attend concerts.

Fun fact: I like to paint and draw!

Qualifying for nationals is no easy feat and we are proUD to announce the UDFSC solo dancers who will be competing at the 2026 National Solo Dance Final in Kalamazoo, MI September 16-19, 2026! Congratulations & we wish you all the very best at nationals!
